Cookie Policy

Version 1.0.0 · October 24, 2026

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (browser local storage, pixels, session recording) we use on www.salesmarketings.com and in the application dashboard, and how you can accept them, reject them or change your mind.

1. What they are

Cookies are small files that the browser stores when you visit a website. Similar technologies (browser local storage, pixels and measurement scripts) work in a similar way. Some are necessary for the site to work; the rest are turned on only if you accept them.

The providers of these tools are listed in the subprocessor list.

3. How your choice works

  • Nothing is pre-selected. Until you accept, only necessary cookies work.
  • You can accept or reject by category: analytics (with session recording), and marketing.
  • If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a rejection of marketing and of "selling or sharing", even if you have not chosen anything.
  • Consent signals are passed to the measurement tools so they respect your choice.

4. No tracking of visitors from Europe

SalesMarketing is not directed at the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If your browser's time zone indicates that you are visiting from Europe, the website does not load analytics, session recording or advertising pixels, even if you click "Accept": only necessary cookies work.

5. Session recording in the dashboard

In the dashboard, session recording is off by default. It is turned on only if you turn it on in Settings. When it is on:

  • all text on the screen is masked before it leaves the browser, so neither your data nor your customers' data can be seen;
  • you are not identified by name or email;
  • it never runs in the desktop application.

You can turn it off at any time in the same place.

6. How to change your choice

  • Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any public page.
  • If you live in California or another state with an opt-out right, also use Do Not Sell or Share.
  • You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; if you block necessary cookies, part of the site will stop working.

7. Code that Customers install on their websites

The platform offers Customers measurement code, a consent banner and pixels for their own websites and stores. On those websites, the Customer is responsible for cookies and for its visitors' consent, and we act as a processor under the DPA. This policy does not cover those websites: please read each business's cookie policy.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version with its date in the version history. More about your data in the Privacy Policy.
