SalesMarketing ("we") respects your right to privacy. This policy explains who we are, what data we collect, how we use and share it, and how to exercise your rights. It applies to www.salesmarketings.com and the associated SaaS application, available worldwide. For terms of use, see our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are

SalesMarketing is cloud software to create, manage and publish AI-powered ad campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hash), preferred language, workspace role.
- Usage data: campaigns, creatives, metrics, workspace settings and activity logs.
- Ad integrations (optional): OAuth tokens, account, page, advertiser or Customer IDs when the owner authorizes connection.
- Communications: support messages, transactional emails and requests you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and security logs.
3. Information collected automatically
When you visit the site or use the service, we may automatically collect technical data (IP, cookies, pages visited, features used) for security, diagnostics and product improvement.
We use a cookie banner: marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, CAPI) and analytics only run with your consent. You can change preferences anytime from the site footer.
4. How we use information
- Operate, maintain and improve the platform.
- Authenticate you, process billing and provide support.
- Generate AI recommendations, creatives and automations.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
- Send service notices and, with your consent, marketing communications.
5. Meta, TikTok and Google integrations
When you connect Meta, TikTok or Google Ads, we receive information you authorize on each platform (accounts, campaigns, metrics, creatives, permissions). We use that data only to provide the service on your behalf. Your relationship with each platform is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Google Ads: if you connect Google Ads, we request OAuth permissions including adwords to manage campaigns and metrics. You can revoke access in Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Third parties we share data with
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, storage, email).
- AI processors (e.g. Google Gemini) for content generation.
- Payment gateways (Stripe) for subscriptions.
- Competent authorities when required by law.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
7. Data retention
- Account and campaign data: while the account is active; deleted within 30 days after a deletion request.
- Login and security events (IP, User-Agent): 90 days, with automatic purge.
- Marketing cookies: per Cookie Policy (up to ~90 days with consent).
- Billing: for the contractual relationship and applicable legal retention periods.
- Internal compliance documentation (ROPA, breach procedure): annual review.
8. Your rights
- Access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data (depending on your jurisdiction).
- Object to or restrict processing where applicable.
- Withdraw consent when processing is based on it.

9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS in transit, multi-tenant isolation, role-based access (owner, editor, viewer), bcrypt password hashing, and OAuth/API tokens encrypted at rest in the database (Fernet). Restricted infrastructure access. No system is 100% secure; protect your credentials.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed on servers outside your country (including the United States). We adopt appropriate safeguards when required by law.
11. Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor provided us data, contact us to delete it.
12. Updates
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version at this URL and indicate the last updated date. Continued use after material changes implies acceptance where permitted by law.
13. European Economic Area and UK residents (GDPR)
- Legal bases: contract performance (SaaS delivery), consent (marketing/analytics cookies), legitimate interest (security and service improvement) and legal obligation.
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
- You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

14. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
- Categories collected (last 12 months): identifiers (email, name), commercial data (subscription), internet activity (cookies, logs), inferences (product preferences).
- Purposes: provide the service, security, analytics, advertising/measurement with consent or as permitted by law.
- We do not sell your personal information. We may "share" identifiers with Meta for ad measurement when you accept marketing cookies.
- Rights: know, access, delete, correct and opt out of sale/sharing. Use Do Not Sell or Share or email support@salesmarketings.com.
- We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
15. Other jurisdictions
If you live outside the EU or California, you may exercise similar rights by emailing support@salesmarketings.com. We honor legally recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC) when sent by your browser.
