California law (the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) and the laws of other U.S. states give you the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information or its "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page explains what we do and how to opt out.
1. Does SalesMarketing sell your data?
No. We do not sell personal information for money or any other consideration.
2. What may count as "sharing"
If you accept marketing cookies on our website, the advertising pixels send browser and ad-click identifiers to advertising platforms to measure our campaigns and show SalesMarketing ads. California law may treat that as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. The providers are in the subprocessor list.
3. How to opt out
- The button on this page. When you click it, we turn off marketing and analytics cookies, withdraw advertising consent and stop sending measurement events from your browser.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends this signal, we apply it automatically as an opt-out, without you having to do anything.
- The banner. Reject marketing in the banner or in the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
The opt-out is stored in your browser. If you use another browser or delete cookies, apply it again or turn on GPC.
4. Sensitive data
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.
5. Data of our Customers' customers
When a business uses SalesMarketing with the data of its own customers, we are its service provider and only process that data to provide the service, under the DPA. If you want to opt out of what that business does, please contact it; if you write to us, we will forward the request.
6. Other requests
To access, correct or delete your data, use the form on Your Privacy Rights or write to {CORREO_LEGAL}. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
