This page lists the version in force of each SalesMarketing legal document and what changed in each version. Every document shows its version date at the top.
1. How versions are numbered
Each document carries a three-part version number (for example, 1.0.0).
- Major version (the first number, from 1.x to 2.0): changes rights or obligations. If the Terms of Service change, the app asks every user to accept them again; if the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) changes, the app asks whoever administers the account.
- Minor version (the second number): adds or clarifies without reducing rights. It is published here and announced in the app, without new acceptance.
- Correction (the third number): typos and wording, with no change in substance.
The app stores, for each user, the version of the Terms they accepted and when, and for each account, the version of the DPA it accepted, when and by whom.
